When you purchase: your name, email, and payment details (processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card numbers). When you complete the intake form: the trading information you provide, including your assets, sessions, rules, setups, and answers about your trading process. When we hold your founder deep-dive call: notes from the call used to build your instrument. Your BLACKBOX session data (trades, states, actions you log) is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
To build and deliver your instrument, provide the audit and support included in your purchase, process payments, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except payment processing (Stripe), form infrastructure (Google Forms), and hosting (Vercel).
Your configuration remains as long as your instrument is hosted. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time: support@snaketrader.co. If you request deletion of your instrument's configuration, your access ends with it.
The BLACKBOX gate uses a cookie solely to keep you signed in for 30 days. No advertising or tracking cookies.
